- VPS, reseller, and dedicated servers
- Domain registrations, renewals, and transfers
- SSL certificates
- Software licenses
- Setup fees, add-ons, and upgrades
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that all payments are final.
Returns Policy
FTS Web Hosting does not offer returns, as all products and services are digital and non-physical.
Once a service is activated, it cannot be returned or reversed.
Shipping Policy

Cancellations
- Clients may cancel services at any time through the client area to stop future billing.
- Cancellation does not result in a refund for any unused service period.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may result in immediate service suspension or termination. Any related fees may be charged to the client.
